He's in his early 30s but who really asks for someone's age? He usually wears dark clothing that's easy to move in and is always carrying a weapon, even if it's hard to spot.

Do something stupid A surefire way to get his attention is to be an incredible irritant. Granted, the attention you might get is unlikely to be positive, but it works!
I don't know you While he might try to run from his past, people persist. Reach out to me privately if your character is of a similar age range, grew up in Ishgard, and caused trouble. They probably caused trouble together... or at least he caused trouble for you.
Fight... Fight.. Fight! FIGHT! Ash can be regularly found at fight pits -- deadly or rule-riddled ones. Perhaps he simply uses other people's faces to keep his skills sharp. Perhaps there are other reasons.

I tend to match people's RP style, be that quick-fire short posts to multi-para posting. I like worldbuilding, leading dramatic scenes, and more than anything -- writing with people who enjoy writing believable, powerful drama.I am comfortable with world-bending but not lore-breaking RP. I very often dabble in bendy RP, expanding on ideas the FFXIV universe touches on but doesn't go into depth about. Of course, I am not comfortable with godmodding and will not do it to you. Living in the UK means my timezone is usually 5-7 hours ahead of my NA friends, but that just means each scene gets to be impactful!
